Chocolate Easter Egg Workshop
Come learn to make, fill and decorate chocolate Easter eggs. Molds, chocolate, fillings and recipes provided by the Club.

Class is full. Registration is closed. Cupcakes, tips and lettering techniques workshop
Come learn how to make beautiful swirls on cupcakes and ideas for decorating them, uses for various tips and how to use cutters and tappits for lettering. We will also cover plungers, embossers and some other popular decorating tools.

Cost: $25* for members, $30* for non-members Fondant Pillow Cake
Italia will be showing how to carve, crumb coat the cake with buttercream and then covering it with fondant. Many techniques will be shown on how to make your pillow cake look real.

Registrations will be taken up to 1 week before the workshop date. Cancellation: All cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee held by the club.

Workshops will be held at the Lake Road Chalet (85 Hemingway, DDO) unless otherwise noted. Your suggestions are always welcome.
